Flipwebs is a freelance digital services business exclusively serving doctors and clinics across India. Our services include website design (HTML and WordPress), Google Business Profile (GMB) creation and setup, GMB monthly management, DoctorsDay.in page rental (monthly and yearly), digital bundles, annual website management, and related add-on services.

All website plans include: mobile responsive design, click-to-call and WhatsApp CTAs, appointment inquiry form, Google Maps embed, SSL-ready structure, SEO meta tags, Google Analytics setup, Google Search Console setup, social media links, hosting and domain setup guidance free, and 3 months free minor edits post-delivery. WordPress plans additionally include CMS installation, plugin setup, and WhatsApp admin training.

• Domain name registration — paid directly to Hostinger by the client
• Web hosting — annual cost paid directly to Hostinger by the client
• Content creation — all text, photos, credentials, and images by the client
• Logo design or brand identity work
• Google Ads, paid SEO campaigns, or paid promotions
• Social media management
• Patient volume guarantees, footfall guarantees, or ranking guarantees
• Ongoing maintenance beyond 3-month free edits window — available via Annual Management Plan
• Photography or videography of the clinic
• WhatsApp Business API setup

Two rounds of major revision are included free before delivery. Here is exactly how this works:

• One revision round = one consolidated set of feedback submitted in a single WhatsApp message or within one conversation session on the same day. Multiple messages sent across different days about the same preview do not constitute separate rounds — they are counted as one round if related to the same preview
• Both revision rounds must be used within 90 days of the preview link being shared. After 90 days, unused rounds expire. A third revision round beyond the two included free rounds is charged at ₹799 and must be agreed in writing before work begins
• Complete redesigns, new sections added after approval, new pages, or structural overhauls are not revision rounds — they are new scope items quoted and charged separately

Major revisions include: adding or removing a section, changing the overall colour scheme, changing layout structure, adding new functionality, or any change requiring rewriting more than 10 lines of code.

NOT counted as major revisions (free and unlimited): text content changes, image swaps, doctor photo updates, phone number, address, timings, social media links, button text, email address, or any single-line content change.

GMB setup (₹2,999) includes profile creation, verification coordination, photo upload, services list, Q&A seeding, and handover report. Verification may take 7–14 days via Google — delays are not grounds for a refund.

GMB Edit Policy: Each monthly GMB plan includes one profile information update per month covering NAP, hours, description, and category changes. Additional restructuring beyond this is charged at ₹499 per request.

Citation Building: GMB Growth includes 2 directory submissions per month; GMB Pro includes 5 per month. All submissions use real NAP data only — no blackhat techniques. If a directory platform imposes restrictions — including credential requirements, geographic limitations, or policy changes — Flipwebs will substitute an alternative directory of equivalent or higher domain authority at no charge. The client will be informed of the substitution. Flipwebs does not guarantee submission to any specific named platform — only to the agreed monthly volume of directories. Flipwebs does not guarantee that submitted citations remain live permanently.

GMB Client Responsibilities: To protect the profile from suspension the client must not make direct changes to the GMB profile without informing Flipwebs first, not allow staff or third parties to edit the profile, not create a duplicate listing for the same address, not solicit bulk reviews on the same day or offer incentives for reviews, and not keyword-stuff the business name.

DoctorsDay.in is a doctor profile directory platform owned and operated solely by Flipwebs. The page rental service allows doctors to rent a professionally designed single profile page on this domain at ₹599 per month (monthly plan) or ₹5,999 per year (yearly plan). The doctor rents access to use the page and its URL — they do not own any part of the domain, subdirectory, hosting infrastructure, or page files at any time.

DoctorsDay.in is hosted on Hostinger Cloud Professional — enterprise grade infrastructure ensuring high uptime and reliable performance.

Flipwebs may create courtesy listing pages for doctors using publicly available professional information — including name, photo, qualifications, clinic name, speciality, address, services, and timings — sourced from public platforms such as Google Business Profile, Practo, Justdial, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.

• Courtesy pages are created as a professional directory service — the same model used by Justdial, Practo, Sulekha, and similar platforms in India
• All information used is sourced exclusively from publicly accessible records — no private data is used without consent
• Courtesy listing pages are publicly accessible and may be indexed by Google — this allows potential patients to find the doctor's profile and also serves as a demonstration of the platform's SEO capability to the doctor
• Contact details on pre-subscription pages are masked — phone numbers shown as +91 XXXXX XXXXX (not clickable), WhatsApp button shown as Not Activated, GMB link shown as Not Activated, appointment form submit button is disabled
• Every pre-subscription page displays a clearly visible Claim This Profile strip at the bottom with a link to Flipwebs WhatsApp
• Every pre-subscription page carries a footer note: "Flipwebs.com — India's Doctor Profile Network. All info sourced from publicly available records. To claim, update or remove: wa.me/919980476282"

Any doctor whose courtesy listing appears on DoctorsDay.in has the following rights:

• Claim the page: Subscribe at ₹599/month or ₹5,999/year — all contact details activated, page fully live with all buttons and links enabled within 24 hours of payment
• Update information: Contact Flipwebs on WhatsApp to correct any inaccurate information on a pre-subscription courtesy page — corrections made within 7 business days at no charge
• Remove the page: Request removal via WhatsApp at +91 99804 76282 — pages removed within 7 business days of a valid removal request. A valid removal request requires the requestor to confirm they are the named doctor or an authorised representative of the clinic

Flipwebs reserves the right to rebuild a courtesy listing after a removal request if the doctor subsequently requests the service or if the listing is found to comply with all applicable legal requirements.

• The domain doctorsday.in is owned and operated solely by Flipwebs
• The doctor is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use their assigned URL on doctorsday.in for personal and professional promotion — including visiting cards, GMB profiles, WhatsApp, prescription pads, and social media — only while their monthly or yearly payment is active
• The URL is not transferable to any other party under any circumstances
• If the doctor wishes to migrate from a rented page to an owned website, Flipwebs will offer a migration path at applicable website plan pricing — the doctorsday.in URL cannot be transferred to a new domain
• Flipwebs reserves the right to migrate all doctor pages to a new domain in the future with 30 days prior written notice to all active subscribers. Page content and URL structure will be preserved during any such migration

• Up to 5 content changes per month included — content changes are text updates, photo swaps, phone number, address, timings, services list, and similar single-field updates
• No rollover — ever. Each calendar month resets to exactly 5 changes. If 2 changes are used in a month, the remaining 3 are forfeited — they do not carry forward to the next month
• Changes beyond 5 in a single month are charged at ₹99 per change
• Monthly billing — current month is non-refundable once work has commenced
• Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle with no exit fee or penalty
• Cancellation must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp before the next billing date
• Page goes offline within 48 hours of a missed payment or confirmed cancellation

• Yearly plan price: ₹5,999 per year — saves approximately ₹1,200 compared to 12 months of monthly billing
• Up to 8 content changes per month included — an upgrade from the monthly plan's 5 changes
• No rollover — ever. Each calendar month resets to exactly 8 changes. If 3 changes are used in January, the remaining 5 are forfeited — they do not carry forward to February. Each month starts fresh at 8
• Changes beyond 8 in a single month are charged at ₹99 per change
• Yearly plan is non-refundable once payment is made — the full annual fee is charged upfront
• Mid-year cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for the remaining months — the page remains active until the end of the paid annual period
• Yearly plan renews automatically at ₹5,999 unless the subscriber communicates cancellation in writing at least 15 days before the renewal date
• If the yearly plan is not renewed, the page goes offline within 48 hours of the expiry date

• Mobile responsive design — perfect on all devices
• SEO optimised — page ranks for doctor name and clinic in Google search

• Page restored within 7 days if ever down due to hosting issues
• Monthly performance update shared on WhatsApp — visits, search visibility summary
• Content changes as per plan (5/month monthly plan, 8/month yearly plan)
• Use of URL on visiting card, GMB, WhatsApp, prescription pad, and social media
• Preview shared before first payment — no payment required until doctor approves the page

• Google Business Profile management — available separately under GMB plans
• A standalone personal website on the doctor's own domain — see Website Plans
• Custom personal domain — this service uses doctorsday.in only
• Google Analytics access — monthly WhatsApp performance update provided instead
• Google Search Console access
• More than 5 changes per month (monthly plan) or 8 changes per month (yearly plan)
• Google ranking position guarantees of any kind
• Patient volume or footfall guarantees
• File ownership — page files and domain belong to Flipwebs at all times
• Multiple pages — this service provides one single profile page only
• Page remaining live after subscription ends or payment stops

• All content on the doctor's page — including name, qualifications, registration number, clinic address, timings, and services — must be accurate and truthful
• The doctor bears full legal responsibility for the accuracy of their page content once they subscribe and the page is activated
• Flipwebs is not responsible for inaccurate information submitted by the doctor or present in pre-subscription courtesy listing data sourced from public records
• Flipwebs reserves the right to take down any page without prior notice if the content violates medical ethics, contains unverified outcome claims, creates legal risk for the domain, or damages the reputation of DoctorsDay.in
• The doctor must inform Flipwebs immediately of any change to their clinic name, address, or phone number so the page can be updated promptly

• The page rental service does not include GMB management, social media management, or any service beyond the single DoctorsDay.in profile page
• Flipwebs does not guarantee that the doctor's DoctorsDay.in page will rank on any specific position in Google Search — SEO performance depends on Google's algorithm, local competition, and other external factors
• Flipwebs reserves the right to display other doctor profiles on DoctorsDay.in alongside any individual doctor's page — this is a shared directory platform
• The doctor grants Flipwebs permission to display their publicly available professional information on DoctorsDay.in as a courtesy listing or active subscription page
• This permission is separate from and does not affect the doctor's rights to their own name, qualifications, or clinic information
• In the event Flipwebs ceases to operate DoctorsDay.in, all active subscribers will be given 30 days prior notice and a full prorated refund for unused subscription days

Bundle plans (Starter ₹17,999 / Full ₹21,999) include website, GMB setup, and 3 months free GMB Growth maintenance. From Month 4, GMB Growth continues at ₹1,999/month — optional, cancellable anytime. GMB setup savings (₹2,999) apply only when ordered as a package — no retroactive discounts.

The agreed page list must be confirmed in writing before work begins. Each additional page beyond agreed scope is charged at ₹1,999 per page, quoted separately before work starts. Header/footer changes after approval are charged at ₹799 per change.

₹1,499/year covers unlimited minor edits, domain and hosting renewal coordination, technical support, and WhatsApp support. Domain and hosting costs passed at actual Hostinger price — zero markup. Major changes (sections, pages, redesigns) always charged separately regardless of Annual Plan status.

• All website and GMB setup fees are one-time, non-refundable once work commences
• GMB and DoctorsDay.in monthly fees are non-refundable for the current month
• DoctorsDay.in yearly fee is fully non-refundable once paid
• Payments via UPI or bank transfer only — details shared after written approval
• No EMI, part-payment, or instalment arrangements

For website plans — 3 months unlimited minor edits included free post-delivery. Minor edits include text, images, NAP, timings, social links, button text. Major changes (sections, pages, redesigns, colour scheme, layout structure) are always charged separately — even within the 3-month window.

Full ownership of all website files is transferred to the client on payment for website plans. Flipwebs retains portfolio display rights unless the client requests otherwise in writing before delivery. For DoctorsDay.in page rental — no file ownership is transferred at any time. All files remain Flipwebs property.

Flipwebs websites are built using professionally designed base templates adapted and customised for each doctor's clinic. The design framework, layout structure, and technical foundation may be similar across different clients. Customisation includes clinic-specific content, branding, photos, colours, and information unique to each doctor.

If the client requires a completely bespoke design built from scratch, this is available as a separate custom project quoted on request at a higher price point. By agreeing to our proposal, the client confirms they understand and accept this template-based approach.

The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content provided — including text, images, medical credentials, qualifications, clinic photos, and social media links. Flipwebs will use content as provided without independent verification.

Flipwebs is not liable for any legal claims, copyright disputes, or regulatory issues arising from client-provided content. By submitting content, the client confirms they have full rights to use it.

Flipwebs is not liable for hosting or domain outages after delivery, SEO outcomes, patient inquiry volume, client-provided inaccurate content, disruption caused by third-party services, or performance metrics of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service ordered.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

For all website and DoctorsDay.in page rental services — you see a complete preview before any payment is required. You review, request changes, approve, and only then pay.

Monthly plan: Cancel anytime in writing before next billing date. Current month non-refundable. No exit fees. Page goes offline within 48 hours of cancellation confirmation or missed payment.

Yearly plan: The full annual fee of ₹5,999 is non-refundable once paid. Mid-year cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund for remaining months. The page stays active until the end of the paid annual period. To avoid auto-renewal, cancellation must be communicated at least 15 days before the renewal date.

Cancel anytime in writing. Current month non-refundable. Service continues until end of current billing month. No lock-in, no exit fees.

• Flipwebs fails to deliver any preview within 7 business days of receiving payment AND all required content — for website and page rental plans
• Flipwebs is unable to complete the agreed scope due to our own limitations or technical failure that cannot be resolved
• DoctorsDay.in ceases to operate — prorated refund for unused days of active yearly subscriptions

• Changing your mind after approval or payment
• Dissatisfaction after 2 revision rounds have been completed
• Delays caused by client not providing content on time
• Google ranking not meeting expectations
• Patient inquiry volume not meeting expectations
• Choosing a different vendor after work has commenced
• DoctorsDay.in page not ranking on a specific position in Google
• Monthly plan unused content changes — changes not used in a month are forfeited, not refunded
• Yearly plan mid-year cancellation
• Page going offline due to missed payment after cancellation decision

For multi-page plans, if the client cancels after some pages have been delivered and accepted, no refund will be issued for delivered pages. Remaining undelivered pages may be refunded at Flipwebs' discretion only if the client has not yet sent approval for those specific pages.
